Operational excellence demands fast, precise, and scalable engineering support across multiple disciplines and processes — fully powered by automation. Traditional engineering roles are siloed and manual, limiting manufacturing speed and innovation. We need an Engineering Leader who thinks systemically and holistically — integrating Test Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Engineering into one seamless, automated engine. Your mission is to build and optimize fully automated engineering processes spanning SMT, THT, EA, and beyond — enabling smooth, scalable production and rapid problem-solving driven by AI.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Cross-Functional Engineering
2. Own Test Engineering automation: implement advanced test equipment, data-driven test strategies, and AI-powered analysis
3. Drive Industrial Engineering automation: design smart layouts, automated tooling, and digital capacity planning
4. Manage Manufacturing Engineering automation: lead smart equipment integration and continuous improvement using AI insights
5. Lead Product Engineering digitalization: embed DFX into automated workflows and ensure design for manufacturability Drive End-to-End Process Automation and Digitization
6. Deploy AI-based predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality control, and process optimization tools for proactive management
7. Build digital workflows using MES, D365, and automation platforms to replace manual handoffs and streamline execution
8. Develop real-time automated dashboards to monitor process health, productivity, and quality KPIs Optimize SMT, THT, and EA Automated Production Lines
9. Design and continuously improve SMT robotic pick & place, THT automated soldering, and EA assembly systems
10. Implement automated inspection and feedback loops to enable near-zero defect production
11. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Quality teams to achieve automated material tracking and exception alerting Foster Collaboration and Continuous Digital Transformation
12. Work closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT teams to drive process digital twin implementation and automation improvement
13. Lead Kaizen and smart manufacturing initiatives to continuously elevate efficiency and quality
14. Mentor and develop a high-performance engineering team passionate about automation and innovation

Requirements:

1. 8+ years experience in Test, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering
2. Deep expertise in SMT, THT, and EA process automation and implementation
3. Proven track record with process automation, smart manufacturing, and AI applications
4. Proficient with MES, D365, Power BI, and automation platforms
5. Strong systems thinker and cross-functional leader
6. Fluent English for global collaboration
