Title: （Senior)Quality Engineer,

Report to : Operation Manager

Working Location: Suzhou SIP, Jiangsu

Job Description:

1. Ensure the quality standards in compliance with the customer requirements and the quality targets.
2. Lead the customery, process and product failure improvement.
3. Work with production, after sales team closely to handle with customer complaint smoothly.
4. Train and develop Inspectors & new employees to ensure a high standard of the quality performance.
5. Responsible to solve the quality issue with quality tools like 8D report, problem solving sheet, A3 report, fish bone, 5 why, use these tools to solve top 3 internal and external failures.
6. Prepare PPAP documents if required including MSA, SPC (CMK & CPK) etc.
7. Set-up & update the control plan
8. Product & Process Drawing approval, Test program and test fixture approval.
9. Inspection fixture (test board、assembly board、fixture which effect product quality) release and regular verify.
10. Make product audit plan and perform product audit according to plan.
11. Create and update FG checklist for complex parts for inspector.
12. Work closely with the responsible departments to analyse product defects
13. Work closely with the customers to solve quality problems
14. Collect and report quality data regularly and update the quality section of ship floor board ( daily,weekly and monthly reports, archive quality records)
15. Ensure the compliance with 5S
16. Other tasks assigned by the superior

Qualification:

1. Background with engineering Diploma or Above in electrical and mechanical
2. Understand the mechanical knowledge or equivalent experience, has the basic knowledge about electrical coupler (for railway), cable sets  with 3~5 years.
3. Good communicaiton skills with well presentation skills
4. English skills for daily communication inlduing oral, written skills
5. Some knowledge of Railway quality Standard such as railway quality management system (RQMS)， ISO 9001:2015
