Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team in Xiamen. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure our semiconductor precision components meet the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing quality and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management
2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards
3. Establish and monitor quality KPIs, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to achieve quality objectives
4. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes to ensure product quality and reliability
5. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for customer complaints, internal non-conformances, and supplier quality issues
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to drive continuous improvement initiatives
7. Interface with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters, including audits, qualifications, and technical reviews
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer-specific requirements
9. Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and the Quality Director
10. Manage internal and external audit programs
11. Drive statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, MSA, and other quality tools throughout the organization

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or a related field
2. Minimum 8 years of quality management experience in the semiconductor industry is required
3. Semiconductor Wafer FAB experience is strongly preferred
4. Minimum 3 years of team management experience
5. Solid knowledge of quality management systems and tools (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SPC, FMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, etc.)
6. Experience working in multinational companies; ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
7. Good command of English (written and verbal); able to communicate effectively with global teams and customers
8. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
9. Proven ability to drive change and continuous improvement
10. Willingness to work in Xiamen, China

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in precision components manufacturing for semiconductor equipment
2. Familiarity with cleanroom environments and semiconductor process flows
3. Certification in quality management (CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt, etc.)
4. Experience with global customers in the semiconductor industry
