Reporting to: Operation VP Asia, Who is A Foreigner from Europe
Job location: Dongguan city

The Project Manager Asia leads and manages all product development projects approved by the VP Operations Asia. The role is responsible for delivering the project within time and budget by monitoring project progress, managing risks and resources, and ensuring timely communication of project updates, changes and results to all relevant stakeholders.

Job Responsibility：

1. Support the optimization of the company of global manufacturing footprint by coordinating manufacturing transfer and integration projects, including the transfer of products, technologies, machinery and equipment, plant expansions and consolidation initiatives, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
2. Build, coordinate and motivate project teams by defining roles and responsibilities, aligning resource availability with line management, and fostering effective communication and collaboration across functions and locations.
3. Oversee the successful execution of projects and operational initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, objectives, timelines, and performance targets.
4. Maintain and share technical and operational knowledge across the organization to support best-practice deployment, technology standardization and continuous improvement.
5. Support Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) and cost reduction initiatives by coordinating project activities, tracking progress and facilitating the implementation of operational efficiencies.

Job Requirement：

1.  Bachelor’s degree with Engineering or similar major, At least five years’ working experience in project management within a manufacturing environment
2. Astute decision making: A decision maker, who considers wider views and takes ownership. Finds the facts needed to take good decisions, acts on own account

6. Project management skills, Communication skills (verbal and written), Strong influencing and motivating skills
7. Experienced with Lean/Sigma or similar, Strong technical background, a plus for plastics extrusion and injection molding process,
8. Fluent in English communication skills,
9. Experience in muti-national company is preferred. Can accept the business trip.Up to 30% of time
