岗位概述

本生产经理负责带领班组、支持当班全体员工，确保全员严格遵守公司各项规章制度与作业流程。岗位需监控生产效率、产量及各类生产问题，并同步上报管理层。

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Manager provides leadership and supports their shift to ensure compliance to all policies and procedures. This role monitors and reports production efficiency, output, and issues to management.

核心工作职责

1. 以身作则推行安全生产文化，监督员工规范安全作业；发现不安全作业行为需记录并及时介入制止。
Lead by example and enforce a culture of safety by ensuring employees are executing their duties in a safe manner. Document and intercede in unsafe situations.

2. 监督所有工序严格遵照作业指导书、工程图纸及通用行业标准规范执行。
Monitor adherence to work instructions, drawings, and general best practices in all operations.

3. 保障生产计划落地执行，一旦预判出现生产延误，第一时间与生产管控部门沟通对接。
Ensure adherence to established production schedules and communicate with production control as soon as delays are apparent.

4. 统筹安排生产人员工作任务，保证当班工作量分配均衡合理。
Manage work assignments of production personnel and ensure that workload is properly distributed throughout the shift.

5. 管控产品品质，通过管理带动员工建立全员质量意识。
Monitor product quality and maintain a culture of quality among the employees through leadership.

6. 全程维持当班车间整洁、物料摆放有序的作业环境。
Ensure that a clean and orderly work environment is maintained throughout the shift.

7. 做好员工辅导培养，挖掘内部人才，营造积极正向的团队工作氛围。
Be an effective employee coach that grows talent from within and maintains a positive work environment.

8. 协同人力资源部处理员工绩效问题，通过正向激励、一对一 / 外部培训辅导，必要时启动书面纪律处分流程。
In partnership with HR, monitor and address employee performance issues through positive feedback, direct or indirect coaching (outside training), or documented disciplinary procedures as necessary.

9. 搬运 重型产品时，必须采用合规安全操作方式。
Must use safe practices and methods to handle products heavier .

10. 具备良好口头及书面沟通能力，可对接公司各层级人员。
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of the organization.

11. 发现潜在安全隐患，第一时间上报上级主管或经理。
Notify supervisor or manager of any potential safety hazards.

12. 保证出勤稳定，按时到岗，不无故缺勤、迟到。
Sustains regular, reliable and punctual attendance.

13. 完成管理层交办的其他临时性工作及职责。
Performs other tasks and duties as required by management.

任职资质要求

1. 大专及以上学历
Diploma or Above Education Background

2. 至少 5 年多纺织品类定制化 / 单件小批量制造工厂多工位现场管理经验
Minimum 5 years of experience in a high mix, custom oriented, or job shop manufacturing environment with multiple work centers.

3. 具备撰写、落地员工绩效考评工作经验
Experience documenting and delivering employee performance reviews.

4. 流利英语口头及书面沟通能力
Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

5. 较强机械实操理解能力
Possess a high mechanical aptitude.

6. 熟练使用基础办公软件（微软 Office 套件）
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

7. 具备工程图纸识读经验优先
Experience reading engineering drawings will be a plus.
