Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Strategy & Design: Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that align with business objectives, including network design, sourcing optimization, and risk mitigation for electro-mechanical product lines.
2. Process Standardization & Best Practices: Establish, document, and deploy standardized supply chain processes and best practices across all manufacturing sites globally. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other industry-standard frameworks.
3. Performance Measurement & Analytics: Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, lead time, total landed cost). Leverage data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-based decision-making.
4. End-to-End Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle, including demand forecasting, production planning, supplier management, warehousing, and distribution. Optimize material flow to reduce costs while maintaining high service levels.
5. Supplier Development & Collaboration: Work closely with global sourcing and procurement teams to evaluate, develop, and manage key suppliers. Drive supplier performance improvement, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic partnership building.
6. Digital Transformation & Technology Integration: Lead or support the implementation of digital supply chain tools and systems (e.g., ERP, APS, WMS, TMS). Champion automation and data integration to enhance visibility and agility across the supply chain.
7. Risk Management & Resilience: Identify and assess supply chain risks (geopolitical, logistical, capacity, quality, etc.). Develop and implement mitigation strategies and business continuity plans to ensure supply chain resilience.
8. Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Collaboration: Act as the supply chain subject matter expert, partnering with operations, engineering, quality, sales, and finance teams. Align global and regional priorities to achieve seamless execution.
9. Talent Development & Capability Building: Mentor and develop supply chain talent across the organization. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate supply chain capabilities at all levels.

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is a strong plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a strategic, regional, or global COE / functional excellence role within the manufacturing industry. Experience with electro-mechanical or complex engineered products is highly preferred.
3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory management, and supplier quality. Familiarity with global trade regulations, customs, and logistics networks is essential.
4. Process Improvement Expertise: Proven track record of driving process optimization and operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Demonstrated ability to implement best practices across multiple sites or regions.
5. Systems & Digital Tools: Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning systems (APS). Experience with supply chain analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, and digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
6. Data-Driven Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
7. Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams effectively.
8. Language: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. You must be able to communicate fluently and professionally with international colleagues, global leadership teams, and external partners in English.
9. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and dynamic global environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
