The hiring company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise with a history of about 20 years in China Market , operating under the technical guidance and patent licensing of its European parent company, The company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of advanced heat exchange products, including heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and finned tubes. Committed to European quality standards, the company  serves industries such as cold chain transportation, marine, HVAC, industrial machinery, power, and petrochemicals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration, industrial cooling).

  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, especially regarding heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and related products.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.

  • Assist in after-sales technical follow-up and issue resolution when necessary.

  • Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of sales or technical sales experience in heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, or similar thermal exchange products.

  • Solid understanding of heat exchange principles and related industrial applications.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate with international clients and teams.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work effectively from a home office.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project coordination.

Preferred:

  • Existing customer resources in relevant industries.

  • Experience working with European or international clients.
