Company Profile:
The hiring company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise with a history of about 20 years in China Market , operating under the technical guidance and patent licensing of its European parent company, The company specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of advanced heat exchange products, including heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and finned tubes. Committed to European quality standards, the company  serves industries such as cold chain transportation, marine, HVAC, industrial machinery, power, and petrochemicals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales department, setting sales targets and performance goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in key industries.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term cooperation and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, production, after-sales) to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in relevant industries such as heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, or HVAC systems.
  • Proven experience in sales management or team leadership.
  • Existing customer resources in related industries are highly preferred.
  • Strong market development and business expansion capabilities.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure.
