Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the spare parts/components warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
2. Lead and mentor a cross-functional warehouse team, driving performance through KPIs, training, and process optimization.
3. Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics departments to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and production schedules.
4. Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to maintain product integrity and compliance with international standards.
5. Leverage advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance real-time visibility.
6. Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve turnaround times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Fluent in English (written and verbal) to facilitate communication with global stakeholders and headquarters.
4. Proficient in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific platforms) with a track record of driving digital transformation.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
6. Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making, inventory optimization, and forecasting.
7. Knowledge of electromechanical products or related industries is a plus.
8. Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and cross-border logistics.
