Position Title: Sourcing Supervisor
Working Location: JiNing Shandong Province
Report to: China GM
Job Duty:
1. Developing, auditing, evaluating and selecting suppliers according to company RFQs.
2. RFQ for Mechnical components, metal components for new projects; Specs review with R&D and suppliers
3. Negotiating price, delivery, payment terms and etc., maintaining supplier relationship.
4. Procurement cost optimization and project cost reduction.
5. Follow up material FAI and PPAP.
6. Assist quality to deal with abnormity, Participate in supplier audit
7. Work closely with buyer to ensure the materials continuity of supply, mitigate supply risk by buffer build, risk buy proposal, especially for critical parts
Job Requirements
1. Diploma education Background or above,
2. With working experience of 5 years at least in purchasing or sourcing position,workingfor automotive manufacturing plant is preferred.
3. Familiar with Metal components supply chain (filter and Filtration..), process knowledge on mechnical material and metal components,
4. High responsibility and negotiation skill
5. Some experience in purchasing management will be perfect.
