Working Location: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or Zhujiang Delta, Home base is acceptable

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales and market expansion of pump products in the southern region, achieving sales targets.
2. Analyze market demands, formulate sales strategies, and increase product market share.
3. Manage and maintain existing customer relationships while actively exploring new clients.
4. Develop and manage the distributor network to ensure smooth channels and enhance sales performance.
5. Monitor sales costs, optimize sales processes, and improve sales efficiency.
6. Regularly submit sales reports, analyze sales data, and propose improvement suggestions.

Requirements:
1. Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Professional Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of pumps or fluid technology.
3. Work Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in related fields (such as water treatment, industrial, or chemical industries), with successful case studies preferred.
4. Market Capability: Ability to independently develop new markets, with excellent market development and customer relationship management skills.
5. Cost Control: Strong cost awareness, capable of effectively managing sales costs and improving sales profitability.
6. Distributor Management: Ability to develop and manage a distributor network, enhancing channel efficiency and sales performance.
7. Other Requirements: Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork spirit, and ability to adapt to frequent travel.

4. 开发并管理经销商网络,确保渠道畅通,提升销售业绩。
5. 监控销售成本,优化销售流程,提高销售效率。
6. 定期提交销售报告,分析销售数据,提出改进建议。
