Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team in the Industrial Products division. Reporting directly to the Senior Management, this pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and enhancing our market position. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record in business development, and a deep understanding of the industrial products market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to enhance productivity and results.
3. Identify new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and penetrate key accounts to expand our customer base.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Development, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
7. Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
8. Participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in sales management, preferably within the industrial products industry.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams to achieve significant revenue growth.
4. Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of handling high-pressure situations.
7. Knowledge of international sales practices and experience in managing multi-cultural teams is a plus.
8. A self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
