As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Leader to join with our team in South or East China.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asia-Pacific Regional Product Manager to lead our product line management efforts across the diverse Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the Global Product Management Director, this role will require extensive travel and oversight responsibilities, ensuring the successful development, pricing, positioning, sales, and support of our HVAC products tailored to the unique needs of the region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in thermal engineering, refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement comprehensive product development strategies and roadmaps aligned with regional market trends and customer requirements.
2. Product Pricing & Cost Control: Establish pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness, and ensure effective cost control measures throughout the product lifecycle.
3. Product Positioning, Marketing, & Trends: Define product positioning, create compelling marketing narratives, and stay abreast of emerging industry trends to inform product evolution and enhancements.
4. Product Sales & Customer Service Support: Collaborate closely with sales teams and provide ongoing support to customer service departments, ensuring seamless product integration and customer satisfaction.
5. Product Planning, Market Analysis, & Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor assessments to inform product planning decisions and identify new opportunities.
6. Technical Collaboration & Product Improvement: Work closely with technical teams to resolve product technical issues, drive product improvements, and ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.
7. Other Product Development-Related Tasks: Execute on various additional tasks as required to support the overall product development and management process.

Qualifications:

1. Industry Experience: Proven work experience in the thermal, refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries, with a strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, a related technical field, or a business discipline with significant technical coursework.
3. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds.
4. Technical Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, refrigeration technology, and thermal engineering.
5. Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership abilities, effective collaboration skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
6. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to navigate complex market dynamics and drive informed decision-making.
7. Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the Asia-Pacific region.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, or product management.
3. Experience working in multinational corporations or within the Asia-Pacific region.
