Management Trainee

The hiring company is from Europe, is an internationally active, owner-managed company that has 100 years of experience and operates successfully in the industrial sectors as well as in the fields of medical and life science sector. As the world market player for electrical connecting products , they have been in operations in China for lots of years, they have set up a plant in Suzhou with branch office around the whole China Region , now with the business expansion, they are looking for a high caliber to join the management team, the details are as following.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Management trainee with a German academic background to join our dynamic team in the electronics or electrical industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic foundation, coupled with practical experience in a related field. They will work closely with senior management to gain a thorough understanding of our business operations and will be groomed to take on leadership roles in the future.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the electronics and electrical industry.
2. Participate in projects and initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
4. Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities for the company.
5. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable German university/institution.
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
6. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior work experience in a related field.
2. Familiarity with the electronics and electrical industry.
3. German language proficiency.
