Position Title: Key Account Manager

Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and Deepen Client Relationships: Strengthen strategic partnerships with existing key clients, elevating them to higher levels and ensuring continuous order acquisition. Flexibly adjust client strategies and plans based on evolving client needs and priorities.
- Business Scale Expansion: Drive growth for existing clients, providing sales, marketing, and product recommendations, and actively participate in client market activities.
- Budget Management: Ensure personal and company budget targets are met.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Assist and drive close communication and collaboration between technical and factory teams with clients, ensuring equipment operation and timely shipment of packaging materials.
- Issue Resolution & Satisfaction Enhancement: Be responsible for addressing significant client-side issues, driving resolution, creating high levels of client satisfaction, and fostering win-win partnerships.
- Daily Sales Activities: Include client visits, phone calls, quotation preparation, negotiations, contract signing, shipment coordination, receivables tracking, and proactive client needs response.
- Management System Understanding & Improvement: Understand the company’s management system, how it impacts work, and contribute to continuous improvement (including quality, environment, and food safety).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the liquid food industry, with a preference for dairy.
- Proficient in interpersonal relationships, excellent communication skills, and strong teamwork abilities.
- Good English proficiency and ability to travel frequently.

- 管理体系理解与改进:了解公司管理体系,理解其对工作的影响,为体系持续改进(包括质量、环境和食品安全)做出贡献。
职位要求:
- 5年以上液态食品行业销售或市场工作经验,乳品行业优先。
- 擅长人际关系,具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
- 英语水平良好,能适应频繁出差。
- 乐观、自信、诚实可靠,具备战略思维。
