–THE OPPORTUNITY
You’ll own infrastructure for the company — but not the way you’ve seen it done before.

Manages IT systems, networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and endpoint device management. Ensures system uptime, resilience, continuity, and secure digital operations.

We trust you to rethink how this function works in an AI-native organization. You’ll have the autonomy to build systems that didn’t exist before, the support to experiment, and the ownership that comes with genuinely transforming how we work.

–WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
• Build AI-powered systems that automate routine infrastructure tasks — freeing yourself and others for higher-value work
• Design workflows where AI handles systems automatically, flagging only what needs human judgment
• Create self-service tools that let others handle standard needs without bottlenecks
• Focus your human expertise on complex decisions, relationships, and strategic thinking
• Continuously train and improve AI systems based on what you learn
• Maintain the human elements that can’t be automated — relationships, judgment, creativity
• Measure success by outcomes achieved with less effort, not effort expended

–HOW AI + HUMAN WORKS HERE
AI handles: System monitoring and anomaly detection, routine troubleshooting, security threat identification, performance optimization, user support for common issues, documentation and knowledge base.

You handle: Architecture decisions, complex problem-solving, security strategy, user experience design, vendor relationships, innovation and new capabilities.

The goal: Systems should largely manage themselves. You focus on building capabilities that transform how people work.
