Job Title: Facility Manager

Job location:  Dongguan City

Reporting to Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead organizations to provide an effective and professional facility engineering services and EHS related service to support company business
• Act as key interface for senior management, production departments and the other supporting functions in the company.
• Controls environment, health, and safety of the site
• Establish and maintain EHS system & Fire protection system.
• Responsible for building design, constructions, installations, and maintenance.
• Supervises maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment in the buildings as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties for subordinates and examines work for conformance to policies and procedures.
• Coordinates purchase orders within budget guidelines and files monthly reports to accounting, corporate, and/or facilities management
• Familiar with national laws and regulations, including design safety rules and regulations for environmental protection, safety, occupational health, and Fire protection， to provide professional support to the site
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification

• Associated Degree in engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities engineering or EHS related field, and at least 3 years in manager position
• Familiar with building and facilities, like HVAC, Electricity, MEP, ventilation, air system, industrial and wastewater and related to facilities majors
• Familiar with national laws and regulations, including design safety rules and regulations for environmental protection, safety, occupational health, and Fire protection.

•  Strong communication and presentation skills
