Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and optimize automated control systems to enhance production efficiency and product quality;
2. Program, debug, and maintain industrial robots, PLCs, SCADA systems, and other automation equipment;
3. Participate in smart manufacturing projects to drive factory digitalization and intelligent transformation;
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve automation-related technical issues in production;
5. Monitor industry trends and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes;
6. Prepare technical documentation to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related fields;
2. 3+ years of experience in automation system development, with proficiency in industrial robot programming (e.g., ABB, KUKA) and PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell);
3. Expertise in at least one industrial communication protocol (e.g., Profinet, EtherCAT);
4. English proficiency (collaboration with European teams);
5. Familiarity with MES/ERP system integration is a plus;
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

1. 设计、开发及优化自动化控制系统，提升生产效率与产品质量；
2. 负责工业机器人、PLC、SCADA等自动化设备的编程、调试及维护；
3. 参与智能制造项目，推动工厂数字化、智能化转型；
4. 与跨部门团队协作，解决生产过程中的自动化技术问题；
5. 跟踪行业前沿技术，提出创新解决方案以优化生产流程；
6. 编制技术文档，确保系统符合安全及质量标准。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、控制工程等相关专业；
2. 3年以上自动化系统开发经验，熟悉工业机器人（如ABB、KUKA）及PLC编程（如Siemens、Rockwell）；
3. 精通至少一种工业通信协议（如Profinet、EtherCAT）；
4. 具备英语沟通能力（欧洲团队协同工作）；
5. 熟悉MES/ERP系统集成者优先；
6. 逻辑清晰，具备问题解决能力及团队协作精神。
