About the Role:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, managing product lifecycles, and contributing to the strategic direction of our cosmetics packaging portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our products. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining platform systems that support efficient product management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management & Platform System Development:
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Develop and implement platform systems for product data management, tracking, and analysis to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• New Product Development & Promotion:
  • Lead the ideation, design, and development of new product lines, ensuring they meet market needs and brand standards.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including content creation, campaign planning, and collaboration with marketing teams to maximize product awareness and adoption.
• Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team with product presentations, demos, and technical support to close deals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to support sales strategies and target achievement.
• Product Market Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, analyzing customer trends, competitor product offerings, pricing strategies, and sales volumes.
  • Monitor and report on market dynamics, identifying opportunities and threats to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Sample Management & Additional Tasks:
  • Manage the inventory and distribution of product samples for internal and external use, ensuring timely and efficient sample requests fulfillment.
  • Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned by direct supervisors, contributing to overall team and organizational goals.
• Anti-Bribery Compliance Officer:
  • Serve as the point of contact for anti-bribery and corruption compliance within the team, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and transparency, conducting training sessions and investigations as needed to maintain a corruption-free workplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-4 years) in product management, preferably in the cosmetics or packaging industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using project management and CRM software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of anti-bribery and compliance regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
