Job Title: Senior ME Engineer
Report to: Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Job location: Dongguan City, Shipai Town
Job Responsibilities:
1.领导和管理项目新产品导入阶段，负责工艺特性和验证以及工艺改进，并在需要时支持生产、 研发、商业和特殊项目 Leads and manage the project NPI phase, responsible for process characterization and Verification and process improvement, and supporting production, R&D, commercial and special projects where required
2. 装配产品的结构设计 Design for assembly (DFA)； 2. 装配工艺定义、建立及工艺确认 Assembly process definition and establishment and process qualification ;
3. 负责夹具和设备的定义 Responsible for jigs and equipment definition;
4. 降低工程成本 Cost reduction in engineering；
5. 负责ECN、ECR流程的实施 Take responsibilities of ECN,ECR processes implementation；
6. 负责生产工艺流程图和SOP制作 Responsible for make production process flow charts and SOPs;
7. 为生产部门提供工程和质量问题的技术支持 Providing engineering technical and qulity issues support to production departments；
8. 负责产品量产、工程样品的技术领导 Mass production technical and production and engineering pilot leadership；
9. 公司或上级交办的其他临时事项。 Other temporary job tasks assigned by the company or superior.
Job Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above with Mechanical/Material engineering degree
专科或以上学历，机械/材料工程专业
2. 3年以上大规模生产项目维护、改进和新项目转移到大规模生产的相关经验
More than 3 years experiences of related to mass production project maintenance ,improvement and new project transfer to mass production
3. 熟练使用Solidworks画图软件 Be familiar with 3D software of Solidworks 3D画图软件Solidworks
4.英语听、说、读、写熟练 Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
5. 沟通能力好，善于聆听和积极主动 good communication skills including proactive in daily works
