Job Title: Senior Project Engineer
Job location: Dongguan City，
Reporting to : Product Engineering Manager

Job overview:
Leads and manage the project NPI phase, responsible for process characterization and Verification and
process improvement, and supporting production, R&D, commercial and special projects where required

Job Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to and receiving directly order/instruction/guidance from Product Engineering Manager.
向产品工程经理报告并直接接受工程经理的命令/指示/指导
2.Monitoring and managing the project progresses of NPI.
监控和管理新产品导入的项目进度
3.Monitoring and managing progress of process improvement projects.
监控和管理过程改进项目的进度
4.Researching and solving the technical problems in NPI, providing customers with plans on design for
manufacturing and process improvement.
研究和解决新产品导入中的技术问题，为客户提供制造和工艺改进设计计划
5.Providing engineering technical support to production and other departments.
为生产部门和其他部门提供工程技术支持
6.Participating in the related meeting of project in Design Phase and implementing the final decisions
made.
参与设计阶段的项目相关会议，并执行最终决定
7.Defining the production processes and technical guidance.
定义生产过程和技术指导
8.Ensuring all processes, tools and equipment reach the required standards at NPI phases.
确保所有流程、工具和设备在新产品导入阶段达到要求的标准。
9. Providing the technical data and coordinate project technical efforts to solve customer complaints,
after-sales service and production-related technical problems.

10. Training and instructing related team members ( e.g QC,Line leaders…) .

11. Ensuring to have the project records maintained and kept properly.

12. Take responsibilities of ECN, risk analysis and validation processes implementation.
负责 ECN、风险分析和验证流程的实施
13. Lead cost reduction, MRB , test failure, etc. technical efforts.
牵头负责降低成本、不合格品评审（MRB）、测试失败等方面的技术工作。
14. Work with R&D engineers and project managers to make smooth transition from Design to NPI.
与研发工程师和项目经理合作，从设计顺利过渡到新产品导入
15. Drive automation initiatives.

16. Works closely together with cross functional team to bring NPI projects flawless to MP.
与跨职能团队密切合作，将 NPI 项目完美无瑕地提交给 MP
17. building all samples and prototypes in NPI and for MP changes and improvements.

18. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above with Mechanical/Material engineering degree
本科或以上学历，机械/材料工程专业
2. With 8+ years engineering experience，at least With 4+ years leading NPI/Engineering teams
有 8 年以上工程经验，其中 4 年以上领导新产品导入/工程团队的经验
3. Be familiar with 3D software of Solidworks
熟练使用 Solidworks 画图软件
4.Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
