【职责描述 / Key Responsibilities

  1. 部门管理 / Department Management
    全面负责研发部门的日常管理、团队建设、绩效评估及人才培养,提升团队整体技术能力与研发效率。
    Lead the R&D department in daily operations, team building, performance evaluation, and talent development; improve overall technical capability and R&D efficiency.
  2. 产品研发 / Product Development
    主导连接器产品(尤其是高速连接器)的研发工作,包括方案设计、材料选型、制程开发、测试验证及量产导入。
    Lead the development of connector products, especially high-speed connectors, including concept design, material selection, process development, validation testing, and mass production ramp-up.
  3. 技术战略 / Technology Strategy
    结合公司业务规划及行业发展趋势,制定中长期技术路线图,推动新技术、新平台的预研与落地。
    Define mid-long term technology roadmap aligned with business strategy and industry trends; drive pre-study and implementation of new technologies and platforms.
  4. 跨部门协作 / Cross-functional Collaboration
    与市场、销售、生产、质量及供应链等部门紧密配合,确保产品开发满足客户需求、成本目标及交付计划。
    Work closely with marketing, sales, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure product development meets customer needs, cost targets, and delivery schedules.
  5. 行业标准与创新 / Standards & Innovation
    跟踪高速连接器相关行业标准(如PCIe, SAS, IEEE等),推动技术创新与专利布局。
    Follow industry standards related to high-speed connectors (e.g., PCIe, SAS, IEEE), drive technical innovation and patent strategy.

【任职要求 / Qualifications

  1. 教育背景 / Education
    本科及以上学历,机械、电子、材料、自动化或相关专业。
    Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Materials, Automation, or related fields.
  2. 工作经验 / Experience
    至少10年以上电子部件或连接器行业研发经验,其中至少3年以上研发团队管理经验。
    Minimum 10 years of R&D experience in electronic components or connector industry, including at least 3 years in R&D team management.
  3. 技术专长 / Technical Expertise
    熟悉连接器产品,尤其必须具备高速连接器(如背板连接器、I/O连接器、板对板连接器等)的完整开发经验。
    Solid knowledge of connectors, especially high-speed connectors (e.g., backplane connectors, I/O connectors, board-to-board connectors), with full product development lifecycle experience.
  4. 语言能力 / Language
    良好的中英文读写能力,能作为工作语言阅读技术文档及进行基础沟通。
    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, able to read technical documents and conduct basic communication in English.
  5. 综合素质 / Core Competencies
    具备较强的领导力、项目管理能力、问题分析与解决能力,能适应快节奏、多项目并行的研发环境。
    Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving skills; capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-project R&D environment.
