Job Details

We are seeking an HR leader with digital thinking and leadership skills to drive HR process automation, empower business strategies, and build the future organization.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote the Digital HR Strategy
  2. Design and implement an AI and automation-based recruitment, training, performance management, and employee experience system
  3. Build an intelligent HR management platform to automate and data-drive processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
  4. Leverage big data and predictive analytics to support talent planning and organizational development
  5. Leadership Recruitment and Talent Development
  6. Develop innovative recruitment strategies and establish an efficient talent attraction and reserve mechanism
  7. Design and implement talent development and career progression pathways to drive the establishment of a core talent pipeline
  8. Enhance employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive corporate culture
  9. Ensure Compliance and Organizational Effectiveness
  10. Promote the digitization of performance and compensation systems to ensure fairness, impartiality, and transparency
  11. Supervise the compliance with labor laws and regulations, and establish a controllable internal control system
  12. Promote cross-departmental collaboration and support organizational change and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  1. Over 8 years of experience in human resources management, with priority given to candidates from large enterprises or rapidly growing companies
  2. Proficient in AI recruitment tools and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, ATS systems, etc.)
  3. Gain an in-depth understanding of Chinese labor laws and compliance requirements
  4. Possess a strategic perspective and data-driven capabilities, capable of driving HR innovation with a business-oriented approach
  5. Excellent cross-cultural communication and team management skills, with fluent English proficiency preferred
  6. Preference will be given to candidates with HR-related qualifications (such as HRBP, CIPD, SHRM, etc.)
