Sales Manager of Semiconductor Electroplating Solution/Sales Manager of Advanced Packaging Wet Process

Location: Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province

岗位职责：

Job responsibilities:

1、寻找并拓展现有先进封装湿工艺客户的潜在业务。

Identify and expand potential business opportunities for customers with advanced packaging wet processes.

2、负责产品或工艺的区域拓展、客户发展。

Responsible for regional expansion and customer development of products or processes.

3、与客户建立良好关系，及时回馈客户信息，满足客户需求，提高客户满意度 。

Establish good relationships with customers, provide timely feedback on customer information, meet customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.

4、制定药水销售目标、市场拓展计划，并能严格履行。

Develop sales targets and market expansion plans for medicinal products, and be able to strictly implement them.

5、完成月度、季度和年底区域销售预测，定期汇报工作情况。

Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end regional sales forecasts and regularly report on work progress.

6、满足客户现场的技术支持和维护工作。

Provide on-site technical support and maintenance work to meet customer needs.

7、完成上级交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格：

Qualifications for the position:

1、本科学历，电化学相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree, majoring in electrochemistry.

2、熟悉先进封装电镀及其它相关技术,熟悉相关的工艺设备和技术指标,具备 3 年以上工作经验者优先。

Familiar with advanced packaging electroplating and other related technologies, familiar with relevant process equipment and technical indicators, with more than 3 years of work experience preferred.

3、两年以上的金属表面处理行业市场销售工作经验。

More than two years of market sales experience in the metal surface treatment industry.

4、具有半导体药水市场开拓能力，能独立承担市场营销工作，有客户现场技术服务工作经验。

Capable of exploring the semiconductor liquid medicine market, able to independently undertake marketing work, and have on-site technical service experience for customers.

5、工作责任心强，善于观察和思考，沟通和协调能力强。

Strong sense of work responsibility, good at observation and thinking, strong communication and coordination skills.

6、人品端正，身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，能适应经常短途出差。

Good character, healthy body, able to endure hardship and adapt to frequent short distance business trips.

7、具有一定的英语沟通能力。

Have a certain level of English communication skills.
