Position: 应链副经理 Deputy Supply Chain Manager

工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:

• 应客户需求，管理与销售和市场部共同开发现产品的应用工艺。

In response to customer needs, the management, sales, and marketing departments jointly develop the application process of the product.

2、带领应用工程部团队，协助销售和市场部解决客户在应用现有产品

Lead the application engineering team to assist the sales and marketing departments in resolving customer issues related to the application of existing products

3、带领团队，应销售和市场部要求，协助客户产品常规检测。

Lead the team to assist customers in routine product testing as requested by the sales and marketing departments.

4、管理产品应用技术文件和持续技术改进计划。

Manage product application technical documents and continuous technical improvement plans.

5、与销售和市场部共同处理客户的投诉。

Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to handle customer complaints.

6、管理并协助 R&D 新产品中试测试与阶段性资料与分析结果从而与 R&D 及销售和市场部制定最后阶段的测试。

Manage and assist in the pilot testing of new R&D products, as well as stage data and analysis results, in order to develop the final stage of testing with R&D, sales, and marketing departments.

7、管理并协调与执行新产品质量工作。

Manage, coordinate, and execute new product quality work.

8、管理并检验技术人员的岗位培训。

Manage and inspect the job training of technical personnel.

9、培养技术人才，可补充或扩展各业务单位的发展。

Cultivating technical talents can supplement or expand the development of various business units.

10、管理并执行产品的成品检验。

Manage and execute finished product inspections.

11、确保本部门的质量、环境、职业健康安全等体系的运行符合规定，并有效运行，确保本部门质量、环境等体系目标的达成。

Ensure that the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety systems of our department operate in compliance with regulations and effectively, and ensure the achievement of our department’s quality, environmental and other system objectives.

12、维护、校准并计量测量和试验设备的管理。

Maintain, calibrate, and manage measuring and testing equipment.

13、对不合格品的控制和处理及对报废品的鉴定。

Control and handling of non-conforming products and identification of scrapped products.

14、负责公司纠正和预防措施的实施和控制。

Responsible for implementing and controlling corrective and preventive measures for the company.

15、协调持续质量管理改进计划。

Coordinate continuous quality management improvement plan.

16、完成上级交待的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职资格：

Qualifications for the position:

1.本科及以上学历，物流、供应链类相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in logistics or supply chain related fields;

2.两年以上物流仓储相关领域工作经验，有外企相关领域工作经验者优先考虑；

More than two years of work experience in logistics and warehousing related fields, with priority given to those with work experience in foreign companies;

3.熟悉物流仓储作业流程，熟悉相关物流设备的使用和维护规范，有 ERP 系统操作经验者优先考虑；

Familiar with logistics and warehousing operation processes, familiar with the use and maintenance standards of related logistics equipment, and those with ERP system operation experience are preferred;

4.较强的解决问题和沟通的能力，熟练使用基本的办公管理软件；

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, proficient in using basic office management software;

5. 具备较强的责任心和团队精神，能吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力。

Possess strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, able to endure hardship and work under pressure.
