工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:

1. 面负责公司产品的焊接工艺体系， 主导持续改进项目，运用精益生产原则，降低焊接周期时间、耗材成本及缺陷率。

-. Be responsible for the welding process system of the company’s products, lead continuous improvement projects, and apply lean production principles to reduce welding cycle time, consumable costs, and defect rates.

2. 统分析焊接生产中的技术问题， 主导制定改进方案，并推动方案在生产现场的有效落实。

-. Conduct a systematic analysis of technical issues in welding production, lead the development of improvement plans, and promote the effective implementation of these plans on the production floor.

3. 制并维护全套焊接工艺文件， 包括作业指导书、焊接参数表、工装调试记录及质量问题解决报告等，确保技术文件完整、准确。

. Develop and maintain a complete set of welding process documents, including operation instructions, welding parameter tables, tooling debugging records, and quality problem resolution reports, ensuring the technical documents are complete and accurate.

4. 负责焊接工装夹具的全生命周期管理， 严格遵循流程完成其设计、评审、制造质量监控、验收及试用验证。

-. Be responsible for the full lifecycle management of welding fixtures, strictly following the process to complete their design, review, manufacturing quality monitoring, acceptance, and trial verification.

5. 焊接操作人员提供系统化的培训与技术指导， 持续提升团队的操作技能与质量意识，确保所有操作严格符合工艺规程要求。

-. Welding operators provide systematic training and technical guidance, continuously enhancing the team’s operational skills and quality awareness, ensuring that all operations strictly comply with the process specifications.

6. 主导新产品焊接工艺的开发与设计， 根据产品技术规格，制定涵盖焊接方法、材料、参数及顺序的详细工艺方案，确保焊接质量完全满足既定标准与规范。

Lead the development and design of welding processes for new products, formulate detailed process plans covering welding methods, materials, parameters, and sequences based on product technical specifications, and ensure that the welding quality fully meets established standards and specifications.

7. 完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

-. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求：

Job requirements:

1. 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

-. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related majors.

2. 具有金属加工领域丰富经验，熟练掌握金属折弯、激光焊接及激光切割工艺。

-. Possess extensive experience in the field of metal processing, and be proficient in metal bending, laser welding, and laser cutting processes.

3. 在制造业、金属加工、不锈钢加工或汽车行业拥有至少5年以上的专业经验。精通TIG/MIG,手持激光焊和机械手激光焊等多种焊接工艺并熟悉行业标准（如ASME,国标）。熟练掌握ABB、OTC、发那科等机器人调试、程序编写。具备扎实的材料性能与可焊性知识，有盐雾测试攻关成功案例者优先。

-. Possess at least 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, metal processing, stainless steel processing, or the automotive industry. Be proficient in various welding processes such as TIG/MIG, handheld laser welding, and robotic laser welding, and familiar with industry standards (such as ASME, GB). Proficient in robot debugging and programming for ABB, OTC, Fanuc, etc. Possess solid knowledge of material properties and weldability, with successful cases in tackling salt spray testing preferred.

4. 英语流利，能将其作为工作语言进行口语及书面交流 优先。

-. Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language for both oral and written communication is preferred.

5. 持有国际焊接工程师（IWE）或注册焊接检验师（CWI）证书者优先。

-. Candidates holding an International Welding Engineer (IWE) or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certificate are preferred.
