Position Title: Technical Support – Software

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support related to software issues, engaging with customers or users via phone, email, WeChat, and other communication channels.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
3. Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
4. Collaborate with development teams to enhance libraries and GUI applications, contributing to continuous improvement.
5. Assist in the maintenance of software libraries and applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
