Our client is a leading international manufacturer of connecting solutions setting up the business from 1940, now running the business around the world , located the Head office in Europe, which product application into General Industrial, Automotive taken around 70% of their Sales revenue and Asia contributed around 25% in the past year constantly with more.

In China,  they have one plant in North China and head office in Shanghai, to meet with their expansion, they are now looking for a high caliber to join as

Job Title:  Regional Technical Sales Manager 

Location: Wuhan

Main accountabilities/Activities:

    • Implement key account strategies as well as the long-term sales growth target
    • Plan and take effective sales activities accordingly
    • Responsible for any of the related customer projects, working closely with the technical and quality team to find the right solutions so as to suitably match the customer specifications in the different stage of the project.
    • The commercial wise is also required to apply and create all possible balance and good collabration with customers, customer is the core always the right value to have.
    • Responsible for all needed coordination with the internal resources to make high quality activities in after sales process and try to achieve a better customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in all planned training, sales compaigns as well as the regular meetings in the company to improve the sales know-how and team connection locally or globally

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in collaborating effectively in cross-functional or matrix environment
  • Ability to adapt and perform in changing customer environments
  • Ability to handle negotiations, tense or confrontational situations
  • Excellent time management and project management capabilities
  • Proficient in management processes including the use of sales pipelines
  • Regional travel required
  • 3+ years experience in Key Account Management or Business development,preferably experienced in Automotive Industry including OEM or Tire1
  • University Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. in Engineering) combined with relevant technical experience
  • Profound experience with sales of technical products requiring in-depth explanations
  • Competency in management of key accounts and associated networking
  • Experience in the Vehicle driveshaft industry is a major plus
  • Strong commercial acumen, understanding of a P&L, high affinity for numbers, proficiency in Excel, great analytical and communication skills
  • Business proficiency in English (oral and written communication skills
