Title: Technical Manager
Subordinates: Technical Department
Report to: COO (From Europe)

• Responsible for all technical human resources.

• Responsible for all technical drawings, procedures, standards, and documentation output

• Responsible for overviewing Design Document Register (DDR) for each project, to support project schedules of completion driven by project management and product construction line demand.

• Responsible for technical throughput, process, innovation, efficiency management.

• Responsible to control technical & design hours within project budget.

• Responsible for team development and training.

• Responsible for subcontracting design coordination and general management.

• Responsible for supporting Project Manager and QC in liaising with Class, Flags, and Marine Departments for technical solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential Requirements:
• 5+ year experience in technical team management across multiple design disciplines.
•. An Engineering or Architectural Degree
• Able communicator through speaking, reading & writing English as second language.

Desirable Experiences:
• Shipyard and Yacht design experience
• 10+ years high quality yacht and commercial vessel construction experience
• Aluminium vessel construction experience.
• Supplier chain and connection.
