Reporting directly to the Team leader, you will be the key driver of operational excellence, product reliability, and efficiency performance for our HVAC and chiller product lines. This role focuses on bridging the gap between engineering, production, and quality to ensure our products meet both global standards and local market demands.

Key Responsibilities
关键职责
1. Performance Management: Lead the development and implementation of performance metrics (KPIs) for production and testing processes related to Air Conditioners and Chillers. Monitor OEE, yield rates, and first-pass yield to drive continuous improvement.
1. 绩效管理：领导制定和实施与空调和冷水机组相关的生产和测试流程的绩效指标（关键绩效指标，KPI）。监控设备综合效率（OEE）、良率和一次通过率，以推动持续改进。
2. Product & Process Optimization: Drive Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives to optimize product commonality, reduce costs, and enhance reliability for screw, scroll, and centrifugal chillers.
2. 产品与工艺优化：推动价值分析/价值工程（VAVE）计划，以优化螺杆式、涡旋式和离心式冷水机组的产品通用性，降低成本，并提高其可靠性。
3. Testing & Validation: Oversee the performance and functional testing of critical cooling equipment. Manage the test lab schedule, ensuring compliance with AHRI, ASME, or other relevant international standards.
3. 测试与验证：监督关键制冷设备的性能和功能测试。管理测试实验室的日程安排，确保符合美国制冷空调工业协会（AHRI）、美国机械工程师协会（ASME）或其他相关国际标准。
4. Quality & Compliance: Collaborate with the Quality team to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for field failures or production issues. Ensure all products adhere to regulatory certifications and internal quality benchmarks.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between R&D, Production, and Supply Chain. Coordinate with global engineering teams to localize products and solve complex technical problems.

Qualifications & Requirements
资格与要求
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC, Air Conditioning, or Chiller industry, with a focus on performance engineering, product testing, or manufacturing quality.
2. 经验：至少3-5年暖通空调（HVAC）、空调或冷水机组行业经验，专注于性能工程、产品测试或制造质量。
3. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of HVAC thermodynamics, refrigeration cycles, and chiller components (compressors, heat exchangers, control systems). Experience with VAVE and product lifecycle management is a strong plus.
3. 技术知识：对暖通空调（HVAC）热力学、制冷循环以及冷水机组部件（压缩机、换热器、控制系统）有深入理解。具备变风量（VAVE）和产品生命周期管理经验者优先。
4. Industry Standards: Familiarity with AHRI, ASME, and other international performance standards.
