Job Responsibiities

1. Manage HZ sourcing team on daily operation, including but not limited cost negotiation, support new project development, supplier management.
2. Improve efficiency through process alignment & simplify system procedures.
3. Enhance team capabilities in technical sourcing.
4. Sourcing:

1) Lead of HZ sourcing team to meet company goals in cost & LT reduction, quality improvement.

2) Develop stronger suppliers to support company

3) Strong team technology knowledge to support R&D development needs in new material categories.

4) Support to develop new suppliers of electronic components.

5. Project management

1) Lead sourcing team to support new project development (xVT) to meet product launch schedules.

2) Manage CBD cost in lower cost & right quality

6. Lean

1) Co-operate with other functional teams to reduce hand-over, improve efficiency.

2) Simplify process flow of ERP system and refine item master structure for analyst.

Job Qualifications

7. University degree, prefect major in Electronic Engineering.
8. Fluent in English and Chinese,  mandarin & Cantonese(preferrable)
9. 15 years or above experience in electronic sourcing or category management.
10. 10 years’ experience in management level.
11. Think out of box.
12. Proactive
13. Object oriented.
14. Good at communication.
