Job Description

Job Title: SQE Engineer

Job location: Qishi Town, Dongguan city, Guangdong province

Reporting to SQE Head

Job Tasks

• Actively participate in the supplier selection process, assess suppliers’ designing, manufacturing and inspection capability.
• Enable and audit supplier in new product and mass production to ensure technical and quality requirements.
• Initiate, support and monitor the quality assurance tools and measurements at suppliers’ sites.
• Analyse and follow up suppliers’ quality issue, to develop improvement and preventive actions and monitor the implementation.
• Drive supplier to improve quality capability continuously.
• Guide supplier on incoming material quality control improvement
• Give inputs to commodity strategy & implement Global commodity strategy

Job Qualification:

• Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor degree, Electronic,  Material or mechanical major
• Working Experience: 5 years above at supplier quality management.
• Expertise/Skills: Technical background , familiar with plastic /molding manufacturing process; familiar with Quality 5 tools
• Language skills: Very good in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
• Personal Attributes: Integrity, proactive, quick learning ability and good team work , can-do attitude, able to deliver commitment
