Job responsibilities:
工作职责：
1. Guide SI engineers to do high frequency simulation, testing and optimization of connectors and cables
指导SI程师做连接器和线缆的高频仿真，测试和优化
2. Responsible for SI team building and SI related knowledge training within the department
负责SI团队的建设和部门内SI相关知识的培训
3. Deeply understand the advanced level of the industry, lead the team to conduct basic research on the practical application of SI theory, and improve the overall SI ability level of the department
深入了解行业先进水平，带领团队对SI 理论每实践应用进行基础性研究，提升部门的整体SI 能力水平

Job Requirements:
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree in electronics, College English Test Band 4 or above and Age 30 years or older
本科电子相关专业，大学英语四级以上。年龄30岁以上
2. More than 10 years of experience with big name companies in connector high frequency simulation test area, preferred
需要10年以上连接器高频仿真测试经验）有大厂经验更好
3. Solid knowledge of high-frequency theory, able to use Matlab and other data analysis and processing software
高频理论知识扎实，会使用Matlab等数据分析处理软件
4. Calm personality, work steadiness does not float
