Job Title: Senior Quality Manager

Reporting to: General Manager

Subordinate: 100

Location: Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Province

 

Role Mission

To lead and evolve a data-driven, digitally enabled quality system that:

  1. Anticipates and prevents quality risks
  2. Continuously improves product and process reliability
  3. Strengthens customer confidence and brand credibility
  4. Enables fast, sustainable business growth

Key Responsibilities

Quality System Leadership & Digital Architecture

  1. Own the end-to-end design, deployment, and evolution of ISO9001 / IATF16949-based quality systems
  2. Lead quality digitalization initiatives, enabling real-time data capture, dashboards, and advanced analytics
  3. Establish risk-based quality governance (FMEA, SPC, early-warning indicators)
  4. Lead internal and external audits with a focus on system effectiveness, not checklist compliance

Quality Performance & Risk Ownership

  1. Define and steer critical quality KPIs across manufacturing and the end-to-end supply chain
  2. Identify systemic risks and lead cross-functional corrective and preventive actions
  3. Drive quality upstream—from inspection to process, design, and supplier quality
  4. Lead Supplier Quality Management (SQM) strategy and execution

Organizational Leadership & Quality Culture

  1. Build, lead, and develop a high-impact quality organization with clear accountability and capability growth
  2. Elevate company-wide quality awareness through structured training and leadership coaching
  3. Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain to embed quality into daily decision-making
  4. Champion a culture where quality is owned by everyone, led by example

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 8+ years of quality leadership experience
  2. Strong background in electronics manufacturing, PCB, EMS, or high-reliability products preferred
  3. Deep expertise in ISO9001, IATF16949, and modern quality methodologies
  4. Hands-on experience with digital quality systems, data analytics, or intelligent manufacturing tools
  5. Proven ability to lead transformation, influence senior stakeholders, and solve complex system-level problems
  6. Professional-level English to support global collaboration
