We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to mass production, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial project launch through to full-scale production. You will coordinate and direct all client communications, effectively manage risks, and lead a team of over 10 direct reports. Your expertise in engineering, design, and quality assurance, coupled with your extensive project management experience in the baby and children’s products industry, will be instrumental in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end projects, from initiation to mass production, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
2. Coordinate and guide all client interactions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear, concise communication.
3. Conduct effective risk management, identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies.
4. Lead and mentor a team of 10+ project team members, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
5. Directly intervene and manage projects as necessary, ensuring they stay on track and meet all deliverables.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality assurance, and production, to ensure cohesive project execution.
7. Monitor project progress, utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
8. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, design, or quality assurance within the following industries, baby and children’s products, automotive component, or medical
3. Proven 5+ years of project management experience, with a successful track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.
4. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and without any barriers with international clients and stakeholders.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team. Excellent people skills, able to work with all levels and motivate for action
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
8. A passion for delivering high-quality, safe products that meet the needs of families.
9. Good at operation office software (excel, PPT) and Solidwork software.
10. Basic marketing understanding-brands, intellectual properties, market standards,  Competitors overview.
11. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
12. Organized and able to comply with work chart and complex tasks management
