Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist – Greater Asia to lead the execution of our marketing strategies across the Asia-Pacific region, including East Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role will be pivotal in enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting business growth through creative and data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regional Strategy Execution:
–Develop and implement tailored marketing plans aligned with global objectives for the Asia-Pacific market.
–Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and operations) to ensure cohesive regional execution.
2. Content & Material Development:
–Oversee the creation of localized marketing content, including brochures, videos, social media posts, and case studies.
–Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines while resonating with regional audiences.
3. Brand Awareness & Enhancement:
–Design and execute campaigns to elevate brand visibility and reputation in competitive markets.
–Leverage industry trends and customer insights to position the brand as a leader in HVAC innovation.
4. Exhibitions & Event Planning & Execution:
–Plan and manage participation in trade shows, conferences, and regional marketing events.
–Coordinate logistics, booth design, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
5. Digital Marketing & Analytics:
–Optimize digital channels (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and leads.
–Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
— Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or HVAC industries.
— Regional Expertise: Proven track record of executing successful campaigns in Asia-Pacific markets.
— Skills:
–Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional Asian language proficiency is a plus.
–Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
–Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
–Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Ads).
–Personality: Outgoing, collaborative, and adaptable with a passion for building relationships.
