Candidates shall have in-depth manufacturing operational awareness and digital thinking. They will be fully responsible for financial operation, cost control, business analysis and risk management of electronic manufacturing business. Apart from solid professional financial capabilities, they need to fully understand the whole manufacturing process of electronic products from semi-finished to finished goods as well as industry value stream logic, so as to support manufacturing operation decisions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of overall company financial management, daily financial operation and internal control system establishment.
2. Master electronic manufacturing procedures and value stream logic to support operational decision-making.
3. Establish and optimize cost accounting system, including material, labor, manufacturing expense, standard cost and actual cost analysis.
4. Promote financial control and business risk management to ensure financial compliance and sound business operation.
5. Lead budgeting, forecasting, business analysis and profit improvement projects.
6. Visit production sites to find waste, abnormal costs and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
7. Cooperate with supply chain, production, engineering, quality and other departments to achieve unified business goals.
8. Push forward the construction of digital financial system with ERP, BI, AI financial analysis tools.
9. Build a transparent, real-time and visual data analysis system to support management decision-making, investment evaluation and business strategic planning.
10. Build an efficient, agile and result-oriented finance team.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Finance-related disciplines.
2. Over 8 years financial management experience in manufacturing industry, electronic manufacturing background is preferred.
3. Familiar with full electronic manufacturing procedures:
SMT, DIP/THT, Assembly & Box Build, Testing, Packaging
4. Proficient in Standard Costing, BOM cost structure, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory control, financial control and cost management.
5. Well-versed in factory operation logic and value stream management, familiar with ERP system and manufacturing financial process.
6. Capable of budget management, business analysis and financial modeling.
7. Familiar with internal audit, tax affairs, capital management and financial compliance rules.
