Job Title: Senior Field Service Engineer (SMT machines or reflows)
Reporting to: Director of Service & Support in ASIA
Location: Dongguan

Responsibilities:

1. Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting and support company brand machines

2. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success

3. Manage customer expectations, by communicating work performed and providing follow up plan if needed

4. Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed

5. Deliver system level training at customer sites

6. Manage service inventory according to policies

7. Issue field service reports daily to document work performed

8. Maintain sound knowledge regarding the technology and customers’ application demands

9. Work with Sales team in respect to identifying future business development opportunities and needs for service contract sales

10. Ensure that quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Mechanical or Electric Engineering or other science related field is desired, will also consider applications with equivalent experience, training and education

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience with installation, performance maintenance, troubleshooting, support and/or end user utilization of industrial machines, 3 years for SMT machines or reflows

• Ability to perform effective system level troubleshooting

• Understand the workflow of thermodynamic equipment and related software systems (PLC, HMI, MES)

3. Accept frequent business trip and 24*7 standby
