Job Title: Senior Buyer
Reporting to GM and HQ

Job Purpose
* Vendor Management
* Cost Management
* Purchasing Master Database management
* Price Negotiation
* Claims Management

Main Responsibilities
* Set the requirements of the products and communicate to the suppliers;
* Ensure the suppliers meet the requirements of the quality and the deadline of the order;
* Keep existing supplier information update and implement vendor rating with supplier chain;
* Manage SAP code application for new supplier and coordinate with supplier to sign Code of Conduct;
* Discuss payment terms with suppliers;
* In collaboration with the division buyer, define the costs objectives for the year (i.e. standard costs);
* In collaboration with the R&D department, define the cost breakdown of the products under development;
* Perform internal/external cost comparison of the products/components;
* Monitor and track each cost impact/saving during project development；
* Analyze cost breakdown and evaluate possibilities of cost saving;
* Support the collection of material cost information from main vendors;
* Negotiate with the suppliers about the cost of the products/components;
* Review and update the price list; and provide to the group and sister company;
* Negotiation for product replacement free of charge due to quality problem;
* Negotiation for rework fee at supplier expense due to quality problem found in the group;
* Negotiation for air freight at supplier account due to shipment delay.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
* has medical experience, smart
* fluent English skills (both oral and written should be very good)
* Good communication skill and negotiation skill
