We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our European-owned company, a leader in PCBA manufacturing equipment. This is a fully remote, nationwide role offering high flexibility and autonomy. You will work closely with our European management team and regularly attend meetings with our CEO based in Europe.

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across China

2. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

3. Identify and acquire new customers in the PCBA manufacturing and related sectors

4. Conduct regular meetings with the European CEO to report progress, align strategies, and share market insights

5. Work closely with the Sales Director to align regional sales activities with company goals

6. Represent the company at customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events as needed

1. Proven sales experience in PCBA manufacturing equipment, or in another industry serving the same customer base (e.g., SMT, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, or industrial automation)

2. Must have existing customer resources/contacts in the relevant industry

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at all levels

4. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – required for regular meetings with the European CEO

5. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setup

6. Comfortable with frequent travel as needed to visit customers nationwide
