Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Customer Acquisition: Deeply explore market potential, actively seek and develop new clientele to expand market share.

  1. Customer Relationship Maintenance: Regularly visit existing clients, understand changing needs, offer tailored service solutions, and strengthen existing partnerships.

  1. Market Analysis: Analyze market dynamics, competitor scenarios, and customer demand trends to inform sales strategy formulation.

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets, including monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

  1. Team Collaboration: Lead a sales Team, and report to China Sales Director, participate in enhancing overall sales skills and market exploration capabilities within the team, and facilitating cross-departmental cooperation.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the packaging or related industries, with successful case histories being advantageous.
