Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven  China Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and expansion in the Chinese market. Reporting to the China Country Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our advanced food processing machinery, acquiring new clients, and nurturing long-term partnerships. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring strategic engagement with key stakeholders in the meat, poultry, and seafood processing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the Chinese market.
  2. Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the meat, poultry, and aquatic product processing industries.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, technical support) to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  6. Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the China Country Manager.

Requirements:

  1. Education & Experience:
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food processing machinery sector, with a proven track record in meat, poultry, or seafood processing equipment.
  2. Skills & Competencies:
    1. Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international communication.
    2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a client-centric approach.
    3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    4. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing tight deadlines.
    5. Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude under pressure.
  3. Additional Preferences:
    1. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
    2. Knowledge of China’s food processing regulations and industry trends.
