Job Title :Sales Manager Asia

As the sales manager, you are mainly responsible for the sales to the medical industry according to the agreed procedures. your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of sales representatives or account executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the organization. Your job description may include the following:
1. Team Leadership: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales professionals. This involves setting sales targets, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
2. Sales Strategy Development: You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying target customers, determining pricing strategies, and creating sales plans and campaigns.
3. Sales Performance Monitoring: You will monitor and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the team’s performance and identify areas for improvement. Regularly reviewing sales reports and conducting sales forecasting will help you track progress towards targets and make data-driven decisions.
4. Relationship Building: You will establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the customer base and enhance business opportunities. This involves attending industry events, networking, and negotiating contracts or agreements.
5. Sales Training and Development: You will provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to your sales team to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. This will ensure that they are well-equipped to meet customer needs and close deals effectively.
6. Sales Analysis and Reporting: You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth. Regularly reporting sales results, market insights, and sales forecasts to senior management will help inform strategic decision-making.
7. Budgeting and Resource Management: You will work closely with the finance department to develop sales budgets and allocate resources effectively. This includes managing expenses, reviewing sales costs, and optimizing the sales process to achieve maximum profitability.
8. Collaboration: You will collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive overall company success.

Qualification requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in Medical or other related subjects, Good English skills including speaking and writing;
2. more than 10 years of experiences in sales, marketing, training, corporate accounts and sales management experience in medical equipment. Record of substantial over achievement of regional quotas;
3. Strong desire to be succeed, and able to grow with company;
4. Excellent leadership and management skills;
5. Honest, positive, responsible and able to be the core of team;
6. Excellent communication skills, a good team player.
