Job Description: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Development & Customer Relationship Management
  • Lead strategic initiatives to expand market share in the domestic PCB machinery sector, focusing on East and South China.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  1. Sales Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement annual/quarterly sales plans aligned with corporate objectives, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive account management, opportunity identification, and deal closure.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with technical, R&D, and after-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions, technical consultations, and competitive quotations to clients.
  • Lead end-to-end project management, coordinating resources to meet client requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  1. Market Intelligence & Feedback
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights for product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  1. Industry Experience
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales within the PCB machinery or related equipment sector, with a deep understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and equipment requirements.
  1. Customer Acquisition Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, trade shows, technical presentations, and strategic negotiations.
  • Track record of successfully expanding client portfolios or regional markets.
  1. Communication & Collaboration
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong team player capable of thriving in a matrix organization and collaborating across departments.
  1. Language Proficiency
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for business correspondence, technical discussions, and proposal drafting.
  • German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
  1. Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
