Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop sales strategies to target clients in the industries of auto aftermarket, home appliance, general equipment etc.

2. Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities with potential clients.

3. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, informing product development and sales strategies.

4. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring profitability and long-term sustainability of business relationships.

5. Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.

6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, developing and implementing strategies to improve sales figures and market share.

7. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on the latest developments in the metal components industry.


1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in sales or sales management, with a focus on industries of auto aftermarket, home appliance, general equipment preferred.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing clientele in a competitive market.

4. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

5. Deep understanding of the metal components industry, including product features, manufacturing processes, and market trends.

6. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively, driving results and achieving goals.
