主要职责:
Main responsibilities:
1.对潜在客户进行开拓、沟通与管理,制定合作方案;
Develop, communicate and manage potential customers, and formulate cooperation plans;
2.依据部门总体销售目标,制定并执行个人的销售计划;
Formulate and implement individual sales plans according to the department’s overall sales goals;
3.配合上级完成其他的日常工作
Cooperate with the superior to complete other daily work
4.及时对现有客户的业务进度进行跟踪
Timely track the business progress of existing customers
任职要求:
Job requirements:
1.专科及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业;
College degree or above, marketing and other related majors;
2.年以上销售工作经验,有销售锂电池电芯/PACK、储能CCS、动力电池CCS工作经验优先;
More than 2 years of sales experience, with experience in selling lithium battery cells/PACK, energy storage CCS and power battery CCS preferred;
3.具备较强的销售技巧及销售经验,市场营销经验及渠道拓展经验;
Strong sales skills and experience, marketing experience and channel development experience;
4.具有较强的沟通能力,组织、协调能力和团队管理能力;
Have strong communication ability, organization, coordination ability and team management ability;
