Job Title:

Quality Manager

Main Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the overall quality policy and objectives of the company, organizing the formulation of quality control plans and supervising their implementation; ensuring the compliance and effectiveness of the quality management system;
2. Responsible for analyzing and solving internal and external quality issues of the company, providing quality data analysis and suggestions to senior management to reduce product defect rates and improve customer satisfaction;
3. Responsible for handling customer complaints. Timely provide correct responses to quality issues and complaints raised by customers. Organize problem analysis, clarify responsibilities, handle related aftermath, communicate with customers, protect company interests, and maintain good customer relationships;
4. Responsible for supplier quality management, reviewing and supervising suppliers’ process capabilities and ensuring that products consistently meet the company’s internal control requirements;
5. Develop company quality training plans to enhance the quality awareness and capabilities of the company and quality team;

II.   Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in refrigeration and cryogenics, power machinery, electrical engineering, automation, or related fields; preference given to those with a major in refrigeration and
2. Possess extensive experience in quality management, with at least 3 years of work experience as a quality technical supervisor or in a similar position;
3. Demonstrate strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, and possess project management experience;
4. English speaking is a MUST;
