The hiring company belongs to a group offering high-end consumer equipment , which is a public listed company from a western and developed country, consisting of more than 10 manufacturing facilities around the world, now with the business fast expansion, they are looking for

Job Title:  Quality Director

Reporting to GM (Expat)

Team Size: about 100, including 3 managers, two from overseas

Job Responsibilities

  1.  Local management representative business management system, ISO 9000 and ISO 45001
  2. Manage and control Q/HSE local budget.
  3. Manage and develop the Q/HSE organization and employees  for China two plants
  4. Lead, communicate and develop effective follow up, KPI′s and report to local management team and global Q/HSE
  5. Ensure facility comply with all relevant laws, Policy and Quality department values..
  6. Local owner certified business system & Local owner risk management processes,
  7. Local owner warranty processes, ensuring all costumer claims are handled according the defined process, at the right time and to customer’s high satisfaction. Lead/facilitate the teams, communicate and develop effective claim follow up and analysis. Customer quality is continuedly improve
  8.  Local owner customer audit process, ensuring all customer audits are handled according the defined process, at the right time and to customer’s high satisfaction
  9. Lead, communicate and develop effective follow up and analysis processes for internal team in process.
  10. Local owner quality planning QA, lead and coach in quality planning tools D- and PFMEA, measurement systems analysis, inspection plans, capability studies, process controls, control plans, product & process qualification plans
  11.  Local owner quality control processes QC – firewalls and supplier quality.
  12. Manage the team for high effective outcome by CI mindset of process and team members utilizing

Job Qualifications:

  1. Mechanical engineering degree or similar
  2. Min 7 years people management experience
  3. More than 10 years responsibility for management systems certified according ISO 9000
  4. Holistic and customer-oriented mindset.
  5. Robust and experienced conflict handler.
  6. Systematic executer – plans and get things done accordingly.
  7. Team player, outspoken, objective, calm, pragmatic and solution oriented.
  8. Visual and strong communicator.
  9. Sense of data collection and data analysis
