Job Title: QC Manager
Reporting to: Quality director and HQ;
Working Location: Shenzhen Futian
Leading a team of around 25

ROLE PURPOSE
* QC inspection services & supplier process monitoring to get qualified products against the required international standard & client requirements, work with clients together to setup quality firewall to control the product quality .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sample Testing: ensure the sample from factory compliance with international standards and client requirements.
2. Initial-Production-Inspection: ensure the production process and raw materials in line with the production specification.
3. In-Process Inspection: ensure the products in accordance with the production process of the right production, control and solve problems in the production process.
4. Production-Monitoring: An inspector in the factory every day helps to control the production quality of the product.
5. Pre-shipment-Inspection: ensure all products meet international standards and client requirements.
6. Supervision-Loading: ensure the correct loading quantity and quality packaging of products.
7. Lab test: help client do the sample test in a lab to confirm characters of the goods.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. The one who has been worked in the factory, and familiar with the product(Toys, Juvenile product, Medical product) it would be perfect
2. fluent English skills both Oral and Written
3. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
4. Proactive and responsible, a problem solver with “can-do” attitude
5. A keen eye for detail and a result-driven approach
6. Outstanding leadership skills, able to coach, guide and engage the team
7. Excellent customer and supplier management skills
8. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, able to influence people in different functions and at different levels
