Job Post: Purchasing Manager,manage a team of 2-3 members
Report to: GM (Foreigner)
Job location: shangdong

1. Responsible overall work of the purchasing department and implement the company’s procurement strategy, policy and system

2. responsible for purchasing planning according to machine delivery time & production plan

3. Lead the purchasing department to complete the purchasing task in time, also to ensure the delivery in time

4. Participate in supplier selection, inspection, certification and assessment

5. Attendance and performance appraisal of Purchasing team

6. responsible for assist the coordination and communication between other Department like finance department, storage department, production department & QC department

7. Training for new employees

8. Organize weekly meeting for purchasing department

9. Responsible & maintain ERP system to be working in regular way for purchasing

10. Organize the monthly and annual purchasing summary report


1.Proficiency in English both written and oral

2. At least 5 years in supply chain function

3. rich experience in people management
